Об этом виде спорта знают практически все… С детства мальчишки играют в хоккей как в детскую забаву, но порой простое увлечение перерастает в карьеру.
Редакция нашего журнала пообщалась с главным тренером по хоккею в ФСК «Салют» — Юлынцевым Александром Михайловичем.
— Александр, расскажите немного о себе… Из какого вы города? Где учились? Как проходило ваше детство?
— Я родился в Московской области — в городе Истра. Мое детство проходило в режиме: тренировки, игры, дорога… Каждый день приходилось ездить в Москву, так как в Истре не было (и до сих пор нет) ледового дворца. Учился я в Московской Государственной Академии Физической Культуры (МГАФК).
— Что стало определяющим в выборе профессии?
— Несмотря на то, что выбор поступления в ВУЗы был большой, друзья и любовь к спорту сделали свое дело. Это и стало определяющим в выборе моей будущей профессии.
— Расскажите о своём опыте работы тренером. Как все начиналось?
— Практика тренерской деятельности началась на втором курсе обучения (в 2005 году). Сначала я был вторым и третьим помощником тренера. На третьем курсе уже стал первым помощником главного тренера ДЮСШ ЦСКА, ну а на четвертом — перешёл в коммерческую школу главным тренером.
— Как вы попали на тренерскую работу в ФСК «Салют»?
— В ФСК требовался тренер, и я отправил резюме. После прохождения собеседования меня пригласили на работу. Это был интересный и новый опыт в моей жизни!
— Расскажите поподробнее, как проходят тренировки по хоккею? Как происходит отбор в команду?
— Тренировки в ФСК проходят 5 дней в неделю, утром и вечером тренируются разные группы. Продолжительность тренировки — 1 час.
Отбор проходит в режиме тренировочного процесса. Для пробного занятия достаточно привести ребенка, все необходимое (коньки, шлем) можно взять в аренду в «Салюте».
— Вы видите в своих учениках будущих чемпионов? А может есть уже и действующие?
— Конечно в каждом ребенке увидеть чемпиона сразу невозможно, но я считаю, что обязательно нужно дать шанс каждому!
— Расскажите о своих планах на будущее. Каким вы себя видите, к примеру, через 5 лет?
— Дальнейшие развитие вижу в расширении возрастных групп детей для участия в первенстве Московской области, а дальше можно и на Чемпионат Москвы.
В течение 5 лет будет много перемен и, я уверен, в лучшую сторону. Развиваемся и не стоим на месте!
— А как вы проводите свободное время? Расскажите о своих хобби и увлечениях.
— Увлечения в основном связаны с профессией — например, сейчас прохожу он-лайн курс повышения квалификации «Специальная подготовка детей на земле 8-12 лет».
В свободное время занимаюсь спортом. Летом — тренажёрный зал, велосипед, бег. Зимой — лыжи, сноуборд. В зимний сезон свободного времени практически нет, а летом месяц отпуска и снова в бой!
